Beautiful 2 bedroom townhome in Sunrise Ridge

We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Ridge! The house was modern and spacious, Karen was very helpful, and the location was perfect - close to the beach and downtown Parksville, while being very relaxing. The backyard space was an unexpected surprise - private and my kids loved the easy walk to the pool. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Can’t say enough about this property and Karen. It was immaculate, comfortable, quiet, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Karen was so easy to deal with and responded to any questions we had very quickly. Location was great, pool was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at this property. Our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids under 7) enjoyed this modern, well-maintained, clean and well-stocked townhouse. It’s a short walk down to the beach, and an even shorter walk to the pool/hot tub. The kitchen had excellent condition appliances, plenty of plateware and cutlery, and welcome snacks for the kids.

Staying at Karen’s beautiful house in Parksville was a fantastic experience. The view is absolutely stunning, making every moment special. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like sand tools for the beach. Karen has truly created a welcoming and well-equipped space. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway—I can't wait to return!

Was a beautiful clean townhouse. Everything was there that we needed and Karen was delightful to communicate with. Located near the pool so it was great to be able to dip in and out. Kids had a great time biking around the property checking out the bunnies that popped up. Will definitely be back!
